The discussion of Moral Hierarchy offers an indisputable support for the idea that humans have a greater moral consideration than animals, which makes me feel the argument is very compelling and I really appreciate that. The problems Xi raised make sense. One controversial problem is the definition of "basic needs." If the basic needs can be defined later on based on her own understanding then trying to relate that to the main topic overall, it will be better. Because this vague term is the only and the biggest problem that she mentioned. Overall, she did a pretty good job!
