Biggest problem of the draft: engaging with the two sides
The two sides of the arguments: Kantianism and consequentialism. Kantianism says it’s all about the impure intent, even though a good act, charity, is done. Consequentialism says it’s all about the good act, charity, being done, even though there is an impure intent.
The two sides aren’t actually arguing the opposing side, which makes engaging the two sides hard.
