Though my final essay requires more thought, the topic that I plan to do my essay on is about topic of Kant's moral law. I believe moral law here is an extremely optimistic approach. Morality being something that is so dependent based on culture and background isn't the assumption that everyone can automatically assume. If not why don't people practice it today automatically? If everyone has a sense of morality and sticks to and follows that why do heir exists people who do 'wrong'. I want to surround my essay about this topic and develop more about how this approach is something that is unrealistic and look to see how it can be adapted to be practiced in the real world.
